Roasted Pig or as we call it LECHON.
Philippines is well knowd for it's famous lechon baboy. This best served with liver sauce, soy sauce or vinegar. It's crispy skin is the most favorite of all even foreigners crave for this delicious dish. They Also serve lechon Paksiw and more. Also try there "Iba" Shake or we call it Kamias in tagalog. Very Delicious!

This is a very unique restaurant in Cebu. They have there famous tagline, "Who say's pigs can't fly".

Grilled Tuna Panga
This Grilled Tuna Panga is one of the best seller at this famous restaurant. This has a very rich and smokey flavor which you can't get enough of. This best eaten with a squeeze of lemonsito and dip into a vinegar-soy sauce with lots of chilis.

They serve variety of seafood dishes and home cook meals. The ambience is very cozy, the place is an ancestral home preserved made into a restaurant.

La Mesa Grill located at The Terraces, Ayala
Beef Caldereta
It has a very rich sauce accompanied with carrots and potatoes with fried banana on the side. It's beef is very tender and juicy which topped with cheese.

Adobong Manok
This is the traditional adobong manok. Sauteed in garlic and onions, and simmered in soy sauce with a little vinegar peppercorns and bayleaf.

Crispy Pata
This is one of the all time favorites. Crispy Pata is a Pork's Hind which is seasoned with natural spices and herbs and simmered into vinegar then deep fried, Best served with achara on the side.
